The Endless Pool is sometimes called a “Treadmill for Swimmers”. Swimming against the current is not only a very pleasant sensation, it provides a concentrated workout, with the need for turning and pushing off every 25 meters. It more closely simulates open water swimming than an ordinary pool.
The Endless Pool current is adjustable to any ability and level of fitness from the beginner to the avid competitor. You don’t swim? You don’t have to. The Endless Pools are also used for in water exercising. Walking or jogging against the current or upper and lower body exercises.
Terry Laughlin, founder and head coach of Total Immersion Swimming, found that in an “Endless Pool, all that is left are you, the water and the quality of your movements.” He discovered that the quality, fluency and subtlety of each movement is heightened in an Endless Pool. I have found myself that if you master swimming in an Endless Pool, you will be a better swimmer.

Our pools are kept at a wonderful 89 degrees. Warmer than most pools and feels oh so good on your joints and muscles and yet not too warm for a hard workout. Come try them out!
