This was billed as an "adventurous hike" and truly worked out that way. As you'll see in the slide show connected by the link, it had some pretty tricky footing, crossing some streams. One of the hardy group, (no names mentioned), but it was Becky, got more than her feet wet. She actually decided to check out the water temp from the waist down. However, with wet legs and all, she pressed on. Her thought process, and I have to agree with her was that, "hey, I run in the cold rain so what's the difference". Anyway, I'm glad she stuck it out. The sights at the top were beautiful, giving us views of Mount Monadnock to the east and Bromley Mt. Ski area to the north. The hike was certainly not without it's challenges. Debi and Karen did their homework and knew what we were getting into. Unfortunately, the stream was running a wee bit faster than it was a few days earlier and we all got a little wetter than we planned on. C'est la vie. Stay tuned for more hikes in the future.

foam roll class was awesome! She spent an hour helping us all find out the many benefits of using the foam roll. The class was fun, extremely informative and very beneficial. If you have adhesions, (knots) in your muscles that are causing you pain or if they are causing you to be inflexible, (yup they do that too), then this class is for you.
