August 14th, 2009.  Our fun summer continues with Fitness Follies at Crumpin Fox.  Click on the link above to see some of the participants in what probably will be come an annual event.  Hitting off a Bosu sound like fun.  It sure is!   Putting around medicine balls......Measure your grip strength while your at it or check your hamstring flexibility.   It all made for a great time with a bunch of great people.
