Mondays, 10 minute chair massage with Mary Tyner, our massage therapist. Come give it a try, you'll leave feeling wonderfully relaxed. Chair massage is going on between 11:00AM and 2:00PM on any Monday. Sign up at the front desk. $10 for 10 minutes of great relaxation. You deserve it.
Friday night ride this week will take place at 5:30PM. Starting point will be TBS. Stay tuned for the route.
