Focus on Fitness,
with Personal Trainer, Lynnette Scott and TBS Staff
Our goal with this program is to help support our members on their ongoing fitness journey and achieve a healthy lifestyle. Each week we will focus on a different aspect of your fitness level. For example; one week we may take your waist circumference, explore what that number means, and provide specific recommendations for change. One week we may focus on a strength measurement, such as how many push ups you can do, provide you with national averages, and give recommendations. Some weeks we will offer an introductory level fitness class. At later dates we will take follow up measurements so you can see your progress. We’ll maintain training logs for all participants that can be kept here at TBS or taken home. This will enable you to track your goals, and your progression toward those goals. We will also take time each week to help you make a plan for your upcoming week in fitness.

Costs for the program in general:
Free to TBS Full Facility Members
$3 per session if less than FF Members
$10 per session for non-members

July 13th: Rocky Mountain Ridge Hike with Lynnette
July 20th: Foam Roll hands on demo, with Debi
July 27th: Intro Spinning Class, with Becky
