NEW SERIES STARTS 10/1/09.
As the years flow by and the classes and belly dance performances evolve, Instructor Shali, shown in this picture, continues to marvel at the beauty of all women who make the attempt to dance themselves into self-esteem and grace.
They re-discover a sense of rhythm that might have been deeply buried or parts of their feminine nature that have been curtailed beneath the pressures of daily life.
These belly dance classes (aka oriental dance) deliver an hour of investment toward one's self, to look in the mirrors of the dance space and have a glorious expression of your safe self, while encouraged to reach for a new level
of movement and self-expression.
All participants are happier when they leave this class.
If you have always wished for the chance to invest in the body you walk around in, try moving to profoundly beautiful and engaging music and see who you discover when you put all your pieces together to rhythms you have always wanted to move to.
When Shali is not engaged in delivering her oriental dance classes to her many students, she is a full-time Women's Health GYN Nurse Practitioner who sees female patients at both her private practices; one at Connecticut RIver Internists and the other at WomanCare Health in Athol. As expected, she is always taking new patients and belly dance participants.
