Our Yoga classes, as are most of our other classes are free with your TBS membership. Non-members are welcome at $10 per class or $30 for a 4 class pass.

Yogease with Jenn Bond
Yogease is a mindful hatha based class, focusing on restoring body & mind. Perfect for overtrained athletes as well as folks with limitations from injuries. Join Jenn on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7:15AM.

Yoga is for Any Body.
As a student and instructor of Embodyoga*, I have found that it doesn’t matter that I breathe right or that my pose is perfect, so long as I do breathe and inquire my way into and through the poses - remembering about the poses between the poses. Doing the poses “right” means that that it’s a
whole body posture,
fully present,
and breathing.
I invite you to join us for some breathing, poses, and if we’re lucky, a little laughter.
