New Fitness Class format, Mondays at 5:15PM
On 3/22/2010, Staci will begin teaching a Cardio Intervals Class. It's apt to include Step; Hi-Lo; Zumba; Rhythm Fit and more. A great high energy class that will also be a great place for newbies. Simple, fun, high energy moves to get your heart pumping.
Our highly successful Beginning Running Program returns
This is a proven program that will gradually take you from a walk to a run over the course of 10 weeks. One of the great things about the program, IT'S A RUN AT YOUR OWN PACE! Nobody elses pace, just yours. We have successfully brought hundreds of people through this program that never ever thought they could run for 30 minutes! YOU CAN DO IT!
Members: $30 for the series Non-members: $45 for the series.

Rhythm Fit Continues Friday Night Series This class as proven itself with it's popularity so we're continuing it for another month. Come join the fun!
Dancercize/Jazercize/Gloria Stevens inspired aerobics class (no step), with multiple instructors. 4 week series begins Friday February 5th at 5:15PM. These classes are defintely beginner friendly. Available to Non-Members through 4 week class pass for $30 or a $10 day fee.
