My love for physical activity and wellness started at a very young age and has followed me through my whole life. I competed in many sports growing up and now really enjoy working hard to stay in shape for the things I like to do. I no longer participate in competitive sports but I am always doing something to keep myself active like skiing, golfing, kayaking, fishing, longboarding and have recently gained interest in running and cycling. I am a recent graduate of Plymouth State University and an Ace certified personal trainer. Let me know what I can do to help you reach your personal fitness goals and aspirations!!!

I am so excited to have recently joined The Body Shoppe’s training team. I have been training for a few years now, and am very passionate about food and exercise. I am a certified personal trainer (NCSF) and also a Registered Dietitian. I specialize in weight loss and strength training for all types of people. I concentrate on functional training with less reliance on machines, and more on body weighted and free weight exercise. My love for food is equal to that for training and I am always experimenting in the kitchen. I am an avid runner, and participate in a variety of competitive and recreational sports. I am usually found outside whenever possible, but have a great love for strength training in the gym as well. I believe that through nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes, maximal health benefits can be reached without deprivation form the things you love! My clients learn how to maintain a new lifestyle, not a diet, that will keep them happy, healthy and looking good!
Kelly Kaczmarczyk Fitness CoachI am excited to return to the Body Shoppe to utilize my exercise science degree in order to help others as a Fitness Coach, lead classes and assist you at the front desk. I received my degrees in Psychology and Exercise Science from St. Lawrence University and have been teaching physical education K thru 12.
Although I enjoy working with children, I look forward to and my main focus is to help adults establish specific and realistic goals and to achieve those goals.
Personal Training Fees with TBS Trainers:
For Members: $40 per hour $25 per half hour
For Non Members: $45 per hour $30 per half hour
For groups of 2 to 4 $20 per person per hour
For groups of 5+ $15 per person per hour
4, one hour individual sessions cost $144
10, one hour individual sessions cost $350
For just $10, you get a consultation with one of our personal trainers.
Cancellation policy
If it becomes necessary to cancel and appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment.
If an appointment is missed without proper notification, the fee will be forfeited.
